Who do I work with?

I work with adult women.

Nurses, therapists, moms, grandmothers, sisters, aunts, daughters, first responders, teachers, office workers, volunteers, cooks, caterers, oilfield workers, marketers, artists, waitresses, hairdressers, retailers, caregivers, coaches, healers, executives, entrepreneurs, just to name a few.  

I work with all kinds of lovely women, from all walks of life who are struggling through some emotional baggage, or stress, at some point in their lives.

I am honored to have had the chance to work with the women who chose me, as their guide. I am always inspired by their courage to reach for help, and their willingness to look within for answers and healing.
