Do you know why you started smoking in the first place?

I know for me, it was peer pressure. I started quite young, and luckily I was able to quit in my early twenties.

If we can uncover the reasons why you started smoking or why you continue to smoke, we can work on the emotional attachments, so that the underlying beliefs and emotions can be released. 

We can then deal with the other mental and physical attachments to smoking.

We will actually use the cigarettes in your session, to lessen your desire for them.
