Are You Experiencing Sleepless Nights?

Do you know what is keeping you awake at night?

If you have taken into consideration all things physical, like the temperature of the room, the amount of blankets, the comfort of your pillow and bed, the darkness or the light in the room, could your sleeplessness have more to do with your thoughts and emotions?

  • Maybe your sleep is disrupted by pain and discomfort in your body, can any of those things be addressed?

  • Maybe your mind just can’t seem to relax, because you have all of these to-do lists running through your head

  • Perhaps you are worried about something or someone in particular.

  • Perhaps you have eaten too late, too much and your digestion process is making you uncomfortable.

  • Maybe you are sharing your sleep space with someone else and they snore or squirm and keep you awake.

I know that in my case caffeine will keep me awake at night. If I drink caffeinated beverages or even have dark chocolate after lunch time, I may fall asleep just fine, but then find myself wide awake at 3:00 am, for at least an hour or two.

There can be many things that cause sleeplessness. Lack of sleep can be such a detriment to our physical and mental well-being.

There are things that you can control on your own, and other things that you may require a little support with. Please do not hesitate to reach out, book a session, so that we can address the stress related to sleeplessness and unearth any of the underlying factors that we can ease, or reduce completely.

You may be surprised by what we uncover!
