Stuck In a Funk?

  • When you are stressed - Focus on what it is that you actually have control over and let go of the rest. 

  • When you are feeling Like You are Not Good Enough 

             -Recall some of your wins in life

             -Remind yourself of your strengths, 

             -Make a plan to take steps to improve the part of your life that you are less than

              happy with.                  

  • If you are feeling lonely - Reach out, arrange a meeting, or a call with a friend or family member. 

  • If you are feeling anxious - close your eyes, take a few deep breaths. 

  • If you are feeling down - Do something for yourself that brings you joy. 

And everytime you can incorporate Tapping into your day, your life, do so.  Watch how the clouds seem to lift, the burdens seem to ease and life just feels better overall.
