Better on the outside?

When you are hurt badly, you can seem like you are better on the outside, however you may still be carrying pain within.

Be careful what you stuff down, hide away, turn away from, hoping it will just miraculously disappear. Those traumas, those hurts, those emotions, are still causing stress within you. Take care of you! 

Could it be time to release those stressors, so that you no longer have to carry them with you?
