Allowing yourself to FEEL what you are actually feeling

Are you in resistance to the actual feelings that you are having?

Telling yourself that it's not okay to feel those feelings, that you shouldn’t feel them, or are you feeling that having these feelings, somehow makes you a bad person?

We must look at what we are actually feeling, because very often what we resist, persists.
