A Mood Playlist
Have you ever thought of creating a playlist specific to the mood that you wanted to feel?
I encourage you to think of a feeling that you get when a certain song or certain type of music is played and then find other songs that create that same feeling or mood.
If you browse on Apple Music these are easy to find.
Label these playlists so that you can easily reference them, when you want to feel a specific feeling.
