Do you have anxiety that overtakes you?

Are you left feeling emotionally and physically exhausted? If you have experienced anxiety attacks previously, you know that they can be quite terrifying sometimes. That inability to think straight, the tension in our bodies, the queasy feelings in the pit of our stomachs and sometimes feeling constricted in our breathing. Some people notice signs when they are getting anxious and then automatically start to feel fearful that they may experience a repeat of the same terrifying symptoms that they may have felt in the past? Some people live a much smaller life, for fear of becoming anxious when out in public.

Our minds can play tricks on us. Our subconscious mind stores all of the information about our life experiences and likes to retrieve those files and use them as reference for how we should react when experiencing something similar in the present. What if we could stop that recurring cycle?

I have experienced anxiety, and I have worked with many people who have experienced anxiety.
